  2. Of course the FN want Ottawa involved. More money for their independence but not for Saskatchewan independence? More would have my vote.

  3. We are challenging federal government overreach, not demanding anything that is not rightfully expected to be provincial jurisdiction to manage.

  4. A Constitution that doesn’t include the West. DOESN’T apply to the West either. NO DEBATE REQUIRED.

  5. Perhaps a constitutional change it’s needed it’s clear both the provinces and the federal government are at odds in certain jurisdictions specially if resources extraction is on treaty territory, until that’s solved and voted on problems will remain
