  1. If 38% of ppl think you get Coronavirus from corona beer then it will be easy for Maddow and Biden to persuade ppl to vote against their own interests like Trump did. It’s no accident that news hosts are paid millions to make their interests in line with tax avoiders.

    1. FAKE NEWS…Trump Did Not Persuade Anyone…People Were Tired Of The Puppet Obama And Biden Will Be Worse…The Elite Will Be Pulling All His Strings.

    2. @xxx xxx says the race baiting racist. The idea that you can neutralize Trumps agenda by claiming hes a racist is a) a slur and b) a typical cheap leftist attack because theyd rather use ad hominum attacks that actually think about and discuss issues. Because for most democrats, there are no issues except Russia! Racist! You people have been conditioned to not think about issues by your crappy main stream media. Lol. So sorry, not buying a pencil from your cup.
Trumps vision is bold, and effective, for all americans.

  2. Warren would have been my first choice had she proven to be more of a viable candidate early on, but her campaign flubbed by trying to paint Bernie as sexist and no one was buying it. I still would support her, but it is clear she has no path, unless she wants to try and be the beneficiary of chaos in a brokered convention (which could be brilliant, or seriously damaging, who knows). Thus why Bernie loyalists are resenting her. Now even I wish she will drop out and throw her support behind Bernie. It makes more sense. Hence, voters are complex, MSNBC. They can’t be summarized by the emojis used by anonymous commenters in the Twitter-verse..And the insinuation here that Bernie himself is inspiring vitriol and this “primary warren” campaign is insane. I think maybe the media is inspiring vitriol though, with their much more public trash talk.

    1. I think Elizabeth and Bernie are both credible sources and therefore I do believe there is some truth to that claim also it could have become a misunderstanding. It would be foolish of us as people not to recognize the Misogyny that is still deeply rooted in our society sadly because at every turn the media has twisted and amplified every little thing regarding her in taking it out of context plus giving her less coverage than the male candidates. The Male candidates haven’t received much scrutiny on their miss-step and they get to just shrug it off. We as people need to take a breath and analyze the perspective from all sides and do our research before we choose to believe “out of context truth” #voteblue 🙂

  3. Making Warren his VP would be an excellent and wise move at this point. He would gain her supporters. That would a powerful duo to contend with.

    1. @Trump 2Q2Q You sound pretty ignorant and short on facts. You’re still spouting the same dishonest hatred that’s gotten old and frankly makes you sound extremely stupid. Oh well, sucks to be a loser, like you, I guess.

    2. That might be the ONLY way he’ll gain some of her supporters (me included) after the way some of his supporters have gone after her (and he’s done little / nothing to stop it)

    3. I don’t think he will get her supporters to back him even if she was his running mate, she already stamped him with the “sexist” label when it served her ambitions well. No backing out from that. Playing the gender card against the man who has consistently fought for women will come back to haunt her. It already has.

  4. Cannot stand rachel Maddow. Also looking for the controversy. As if Sanders was responsible for all his supporters.

    1. @Legend123 Why don’t people like you read? and you’ve got the nerve to call OTHER people idiotic

    2. Jay Gray ummmm no. I don’t recall him ever calling her corrupt or a snake 🐍. She earned that title In the online twitter world….

    1. She won’t do it. She has done more to harm Bernie and progressives than help… and I say this as someone who contributed to her campaign… well, until I stopped, which was when she walked back medicare and threw the Senator from Vermont who cannot be bought under the bus.

  5. I don’t like what Warren did, by walking away from her ideals to back the establishment. The lies she said about Bernie. She is however more Progressive than Biden and the others. If Warren stops letting the party control her and actually joins Sanders, all will be for the better.

    1. Rob Bennie she a snake and that’s why her Supporters won’t support Bernie because of vile humans like yourself

  6. Those were such biased points from Maddow. What happened?? I thought you appreciated that he was one of the first to support LGBTQ rights! Now you want to sow division to hurt him? Your question regarding Bernie supporters was so skewed. She started attacking him first! She smeared him in so many ways you can’t blame his supporters for retaliating. You’ve become just another corporate pawn.

    1. @Deep Black Adam Smith already called them the “masters of mankind”, watch “Requiem for the American Dream” (Chomsky)!

  7. Despite all the flaws Sen. Warren displayed during the campaign, she’s done a lot of good for the country, and I’d totally support picking her for VP.

    1. Michael Minugh Why does it matter? A Sanders ticket has zero chance of winning any swing states, and Sanders people will abandon the nominee if it isn’t him. So either way, the VP for the Democratic candidate is totally irrelevant. It might as well be Dora the Explorer, or Minnie Mouse.

    2. @Speaking Truths Then why did Obama pick Biden? To soothe black people or to ease the fears of white people? VP pick mattered in that instance because Biden was white and it helped him get elected.

  8. I want to know what deal the DNC make with Warren? Her staying in the race has only once purpose (since she can’t win) to take Bernie’s votes so he can’t get a majority. The DNC is even more devious than we thought.

    1. You’re not helping. You’re sabotaging the progressive movement. Shame on you. Shame on Bernie’s hateful campaign managers Faiz Shakir and David Sirota for fuelling this trend. And shame on Bernie for not condemning people like you earlier from his official social media portals and turning a blind eye towards it.

  9. “No, I’m talking about OUTGOING” how about you stfu and be unbiased and talk incoming as well. Talk about both ways

    1. @HiSomebody TrackingMuch? No, that is not true. I have seen it by all candidate’s supporters, and none more the TRump supporters.

    2. I love how criticizers of Bernie supporters don’t bat an eye when Trump supporters or Biden supporters display the same ‘micro-aggression’ online. Bernie supporters have more class from what i’ve seen

    3. What I would suggest is to take your idiotic micro-aggression’s and shove them up your macro-aggression’s.

  10. Warren IS a snake. She endorsed Hillary in 2016, lied about Bernie being a sexist, lied about her race, stayed through Super Tuesday costing Bernie Texas, Maine, and Minesota.

    1. She didn’t endorse either of them before the primary election. She endorsed Hillary against trump after she had won the primary.

    2. So your saying she should have endorsed Trump? You think the pocahontas Trump accusation is legitimate? You think Bloomberg who had larger vote share than Warren didn’t affect Biden as much? I don’t think getting republicans like you in democratic race is really helpful even if your willing to vote Sanders over Trump.

    1. Right? Ask Nina Turner or AOC or Krystal Ball.

All these lying disingenuous shitheads sicken me.

  11. He never “distanced himself” from ‘mean tweets’ by supporters. Every candidate has them, he’s just the one asked about.

    1. I hope Warren doesn’t break our hearts again 💔😥

She was *once* a Progressive, I think 😌

    2. I’ve heard him denounced the “vitriol” before. He absolutely has said he’s against it. But saying a candidate is responsible for what people say online is ridiculous because I have seen TRump supporters pretending to be Bernie supporters.

    3. @Trumpty Dumpty your fall is coming! Exactly, he doesn’t incite that behavior as others like Trump does.

  12. Imagine separating out a fanbase when every candidate has one. Absolute BS talking point. So pointless.

    1. @Just another view Because Sanders is the only candidate with a massive grassroots movement behind him. Therefore to neutralise this, thee Clinton machine / the DNC establisment / the corporate media produce the talking point that ‘Bernie bros’ are abusive. So a vibrant, representative, grassroots movement gets transformed into a baying mob of abusive lunatics as the talking point is repeated. It’s also a way to make a false equivalence between Bernie and Trump.

How dare the peasants demand economic justice – this is what it’s really about.

    2. @EclecticSceptic You’re still reiterating talking points of, oh, how the establishment has pushed this narrative without any answers to my questions. There is no doubt that at least a minority of voters were abusive towards Warren, whatever fraction it be. Bernie shirked his responsibility of condemning those bad apples until very late to the detriment of the progressive movement. And he’s still not unreservedly condemning them yet!!! Do you see where this is heading? Can you actually see how Warren supporters are viewing this? Just talk to a few Warren supporters to get a perspective. Stop bullshitting about Hillary to me.

    3. @Just another view It’s not a talking point it’s reality. This is a tactic to spin the Sanders movement as Trump 2.0. It uses selection bias to leverage the fact that there’s an infinite supply of flame wars on the internet. How to you spin a robust grassroots movement as a negative? This is how.

Let’s not talk about, say, a Buttigieg surrogate saying that Nina Turner should be ‘muzzled’. That doesn’t count, because it’s only Sanders’ supporters who are scrutinised this way.

This is how I responded to you because the issue is silly. It’s a diversion from the issues. Sanders has addressed this ridiculous matter multiple times, condemning it on request etc.

    4. @EclecticSceptic What have I or any Warren sympathiser got to do with what Buttigieg surrogate said? He’s not even a progressive. Warren is a progressive. And Warren supporters never maligned Bernie or his surrogates. That is a fact. You’re drawing false equivalences… You shouldn’t demean your own, you know.

    5. @EclecticSceptic thank you. There s always going to be a few people in any camp that behave badly. And it seems there are a number of people in this thread who pick on those few and try to reframe all Bernie supporters in a bad light to distract from the message of a more fair society Bernie stands for.

  13. I’ve heard Bernie denounce the “vitriol” previously. He absolutely has said he’s against it. But saying any candidate is responsible for what people say online is ridiculous, because I have seen Trump supporters pretending to be Bernie supporters. When I spoke to them in the back and forth it became very obvious they supported Trump, yet had started with a pretense of being for 1 Dem Candidate and were slamming another.

    1. And yet people like Maddow, here at her hacky best, continue to hurl the “bro” narrative. Such BS.

    2. Bernie is “Shocked!, Shocked!!”; As his zealots scream verbal contortions from the rooftops… yet cry “Foul!” when fed their own words.

  14. After Sanders had his heart attack I remember Warren people on Twitter posting celebratory gifs. So….the idea that Bernie Sanders people online are uniquely intense is a joke.

    1. Uh huh. Yeah they were trolling his IG for weeks about that one right? Or … you know, not. Nice try bro

  15. I’ve hated having to choose between him and warren from the beginning and together they are a golden ticket for me.
