This really doesn’t seem to be a dropped bomb. To me this was an underground blow-up.
If you watch the full clip other videos show, you can see the thing fall from the sky and enter the ground
there are a lot of bombs that penetrate the ground before exploding to cause more damage…I believe they’re called bunker busters

It’s common for bombs to explode after burying into the ground. Even non bunker buster bombs

The pilots are using a normal consumer grade Garmin GPS device for navigation. Its night time so he probably thought he was in Ukraine.
Too bad the pilots don’t all make that mistake instead of invading Ukraine
