Russia’s losses in terms of equipment and troops over the past week is staggering. And these are their experienced soldiers, not these rookie mobilized troops that Russia cannot even uniforms and guns for, and that are being sent to Ukraine with zero training. Russia simply cannot afford to continue losing military equipment: jets, helicopters, tanks, armored vehicles, trucks, artillery, MLRS, and anti-aircraft systems at this rate for an extended period. The once 2nd largest military in the world is losing conventional equipment so quickly, that they’ll be lucky to still be in the “Top 10” by the end of 2022.
@Bernard Zsikla nope buddy, here in Israel we are seeing videos mostly of Russian abandoned equipment and more ukranian military servicemembers dead bodies all over the kherson/Mikolayv front and caravans of civilians vehicles taking the wounded soldiers to places as far as Kiev. Let me guess you watch the Kiev independent which most Israelis consider a propaganda channel even the former head of the Mossad stated, Iosef “Yossi” Mer Cohen, September 8, 2022, the times of Israel.

Before going to the front, every new conscript should learn to say this in Ukrainian
” I was forcibly conscripted, I lay down my arms and ammo, I will cooperate and give information and I surrender unconditionally”
This will save many lives.

I found the original photo and sent it to a dentist friend. No, not teeth. Those a restoration caps which a temporary repair. A lot of dentists will keep them to melt them down later. If they had been ripped out by the Russians you’d see teeth fragments, roots etc.

If it were normal teeth I wouldn’t be so skeptical.
The rainy season will come very soon in Ukraine. After that, noone will have the ability to make advances for 2 months or so if defence lines are properly prepared. Russia’s position feels a little bit like batting with 9 wickets down on Day 5 of a test and praying for rain or bad light to stop play. Quite remarkable for a military that most thought was the second or third most powerful in the world less than a year ago.
Do you know what a fighter jet is? Look it up they are coming, many Ukrainian soldiers have been training recently for them.
Disagree with this. Ukraine knows what is coming and they will adjust tactics accordingly. You already see it with the taking of Izyum and Lymon… Russia can’t just ‘hunker down’ for the rainy months because they won’t be getting supplies now that the ony two rail hubs in the Donbas are gone. Much of what Ukraine is doing in the east now is in anticipation of the rainy season and using it against Russia.

Actually, I think it’s quite obvious what the game is: by claiming they have too few soldiers in place, they can justify mobilisation and possibly even convince people that it’s necessary to go fight for the motherland.
@andrea Jr Credit whoever you want for the progress if it makes you feel any better. Doesn’t make killed soldiers rise from the dead if you credit Ukraine or if you credit Japan. This isn’t some game. This is a gigantic loss for both Ukraine and Russia. For everyone else it’s simply a major heartbreak and a minor inconvenience.

That Tupper filled with gold and silver dental work is one of the most horrible things I’ve seen in my life time. The last time humanity saw that, the photo was black and white and the container was a 50 gallon oil drum. I had hoped we would have grown as a species since those times. Just after seeing the container of fillings and gold teeth my thoughts and prayers are with every Ukrainian from a mother to a father to a son to a daughter to the innocent little children this is absolutely disgusting horrifying knowing what these Russian soldiers are doing.

Ukraine has built a professional army mate, when I see one of their units doing a little battlefield “cabaret” skit I know those are ones trained in the British military. There’s a lesson here for the tinpot dictatorships, even the NAZI ones like Russia, that is your corrupt regime will always lose to a professional army because your corruption is corrosive and that will spread to every corner of your country, your military, your economy and your population.
