    1. Been following him for a few years. Keep an eye on him, he’s going places in government. Possible presidential material in a few more years.

    1. @Masaba Mutale christopher Anyway you put it Russians exercise immense restraint that cost them dearly.

  1. Thank you to the people of the United States for helping my country. Your weapons save the lives of our soldiers, who just yesterday were ordinary civilians. Half the men in my family are currently in the military. There are no words to express my gratitude.
We would have fought to the last anyway, but without your help the casualties would have been tenfold.
    God bless America!

  2. Straight and clear answers and views on the matter by General Mark Milley. This man is well informed and speaks with the proper authority as one should expect from a man with his status. Does not spill info wich could be sensitive in any way or form and at the same time informs us in logical and very coherent terms what the current situation looks like, how that came to be and what the most probable prospects are. Very good and thank you sir!

    1. Well informed in the sense that the questions asked also informed the answers required. What a farce.

    2. Some months ago Mark Milley had a moment of clarity when he said “Ukraine has done all it can do”, clearly indicating that time was not on Ukraine’s side. That moment of clarity only lasted a few days and then he reversed himself (after having his wrist slapped). By Ukraine’s own admission they are “running out of ammo” and they are outgunned by Russian artillery by 7 to 1. Zelensky’s plea for weapons get louder and more frequent. Yet more Russians are dying than Ukrainians when the Russians have a 7 to 1 advantage? Wow! Those Russians are really bad shots. Or maybe they are trying to float two incompatible narratives that Ukraine needs many more weapons, but they are winning. Yes, winners are always the ones pleading for more support. For those who believe the inflated Russian casualty figures consult BBC and meduza. BBC is pro-Ukrainian and Meduza is anti-Putin. They explain their methodology (using open sources) and put Russian military deaths at 16,000 in early March. BBC says their numbers could be off by 60% which puts Russian deaths at 25 thousand. Not even close to the inflated numbers given by Ukraine or US military leaders who give no methodology and have every reason to lie – why keep this war going if Ukraine is just going to lose? Americans should be insulted that their leaders lie so profusely to them. It says, “we think you people are so dumb that you will believe anything, even two completely incompatible narratives.”

  3. Nice to see Gallego in that seat. A veteran and someone who actually cares and is quite intelligent.

  4. Remember Mariupol and the steel factory where brave Ukrainians held out forever against all odds? That example and Bakhmut show the true grit of a nation of heroes fighting for their freedom from Russian domination. Fighting for the democracy they love. My hope would be that Americans value our democracy that much.

  5. He has measured and thoughtful responses. When asked about if Ukraine could have made it without Western assistance, he refers to history and their indominable spirit, willing to fight with pitchforks and rakes before mentioning our intervention and how it helped. This is a knowledgeable and humble man. I believe the right word for it is wise

    1. He’s so Incredible he’s Involved in deaths of millions of innocent people all over the world 😂 murica!!!

    2. @magistic345 It actually warms my heart to see the Russian trolls so mad. Cry some more, please. I love that salt.

    1. Princeton & Columbia degrees – he would have held on & defended our Constitution against the #treason of #Caligula if the insurrection had continued.

    1. @Son Father What needs to change is the industrial complex. They are only just starting to ramp up production. This is what’s frustrating everybody and needs to go much faster.

  6. Thank you to the US and every American for supporting us in our fight for freedom. You guys are always welcomed here after our victory!

    1. Haha no they’re not dummy, they’re simply lending you their help which you all will pay back on the double😂😂😂

  7. Although I’m a Russian citizen and I kind of feel bad that Putin drew the whole country into his war crimes, making all of us being perceived as the criminals, my heart and soul really bleeds for Ukraine and its beautiful people. I’m thankful for the Western allies and their support of Ukraine in military and other crucial areas, and I am rooting for the failure of putler’s regime and for Ukraine’s ultimate victory. Please don’t ever stop supporting the defenders! With much love to Ukraine and respect to the allied countries! Слава Украине! Смерть ворогам!

    1. @martin galster where do you think he learned his cruel ways? Definitely not that Genghis Khan guy; he was a real jerk.

  8. I’m much more impressed with Milley here than I have been in the past. He’s actually very articulate and thoughtful. That’s reassuring.

  9. Glad to hear the committee hearing with Gen. Milley. Impressive and very inspiring. God bless America and the Western allies who supported Ukraine defending their rights. You’re all in our prayers. We pray for your victory.
