    1. Scott. Pay no attention to William H. If you think what he said to you is stupid, on another thread I saw him say that he doesn’t believe that Trump is a liar. He’s either a Russian troll or one of the stupidest ppl in America. Have a good day.

    1. @corryjookit His weekly trips to the golf course have costed taxpayers way more than what he would have earned ($400,000). But it was only bad when Obama did it. Obama spent $98,000,000 over 8 years, Trump spent $147,000,000 in 8 months. He is using taxpayers money like his own personal piggy bank and some people apparently don’t mind and think it’s great.

    2. @Ryan Prosser I don’t know about you I loved President Obama. I recall on election night I had go to the Emergency room as my neck had twisted and it was painful. I got and watched the amazing guy Obama win. Helped my pain.

    3. @corryjookit In my opinion in the over four decades I have been alive, Obama was by far the best president in my lifetime. A well respected, intelligent and honourable man, we sure do miss him. Hope your neck feels better btw.

    4. @corryjookit Oh and just ignore that Alex guy, his rambling nonsense just makes him look foolish in the end. I kinda feel sorry for him.

  1. Rudy is going to turn on trump very soon… by end of the year early next year Rudy will squeal on trump to save himself

    1. @toxic wastetoid no he explained it was because republicans are stupid people who are more easily tricked

you know its funny for someone the right loves he sure puts down the right a lot

he mocks the justice system the military his own senators and house members

      most of his own cabinet

mans so pathetically negative alls he does is complain like a child

    2. @GORGEOUSGEORGE so true, but i recall another quote: “you cant wake up someone pretending to sleep..”.

Trump followers HAVE HAD TO pretend many, many things to themselves already, words and facts can no longer help them.

      They no longer see facts.

    1. I do believe that Trump just surrendered his attorney client privilege… not that Giuliani would need permission to break privileges if Guiliani has proof they were in on if together.

  2. Under DoJ policy the president is de facto placed above the law.
    Are such polices legal?
I would expect the law to take precedence on such policies.

    1. @SportySP You are right. Only, for practical purposes it appears as if he’s above the law.
But that may be rather thanks to a crook heading the DoJ, combined with the GOP Trump sycophant majority in the Senate.
There’s only so much law can prevent…

    2. @Dearly Diane I gently disagree. We see the effect in the handling of the Mueller report: a president who has clearly committed obstruction of justice walks free because of this DoJ OLC guideline.
I think Americans should stop placing their president above the law…
unless they favour a kingdom of course. And even there many constitutional monarchies wouldn’t accept such a level of misdemeanor.

    1. @Badbrit_59 The IRS abuse, and the FBI spying. He did much worse than Nixon and wasn’t even held accountable.

    1. @North Guy he is not running scared I think you need to wake up and smell the coffee! if anyone is running scared it’s your democrat corrupted buddies!

    1. It’s the same logic as to why only Cohen is behind bars when he was a ‘co-conspirator’ in the Stormy Daniels vs. 🍊🍄 Scandal

  3. I shouldn’t be having fun watching two idiots screw themselves over and each other over all the way to jail cells. But if they’re going to do it anyway, I might as well enjoy it.

    1. You will be waiting a lifetime.
Giuliani assisted the Port Authority and the Pentagon with the demolition of the WTC.
He knows all in the Shadow Signoria of the USA.

    2. reminds me of watching a good chick fight..
You probably should break them apart but the entertainment is just so fn good.

  4. Insurance is an ironclad pardon guarantee, however, the SDNY will find a state crime to indict him. Pardons do not excuse state crimes.

    1. + Jim Mooney – “The President…shall have Power to grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offences against the United States, except in Cases of Impeachment.”

~ Article II, Section 2, Clause 1 of the United States Constitution

“Offences against the United States” means federal crimes. If that is difficult for you to comprehend then maybe the Department of Justice can explain it better:

      “2. Federal convictions only

Under the Constitution, only federal criminal convictions, such as those adjudicated in the United States District Courts, may be pardoned by the President. In addition, the President’s pardon power extends to convictions adjudicated in the Superior Court of the District of Columbia and military court-martial proceedings. However, the President cannot pardon a state criminal offense.”

      https://www.justice.gov/pardon/pardon-information-and-instructions

Yep, sounds “unconditional” to me so long as you ignore the conditions. <_<

    2. @Jim Mooney no it’s not unlimited or unconditional. He can’t do it for payment for example. The intent behind the pardon matters.

The president’s power to Pardon is vast but it is not unlimited nor is it unconditional.

Likewise, he can only pardon federal crimes. And you could only pardon until he leaves office.

Finally, we know Trump. He did not pardon manafort. And that fits with Trump’s personality. I don’t know why anyone is loyal to him.

    3. @terry hampton Definitely up to his eyebrows, considering his actions the last few years and being a supposedly intelligent individual, it would seem that there is nothing above his eyebrows.

    1. @Bob leroy Yeah, a nice reunion with his buddies. Now they only need a fourth man to play cards. Maybe Devin Nunes can join them?

    2. @TJ Roelsma Nunes needs to go away for life, just for his 3 DUI’S. He’s a freaking drunk working in our “House”.
