Both parties should be ashamed. PNP was in power for so long that they should have left in place systems so robust that the cries would be more like “we had a good system and they destroyed it”. We’ve never heard anyone saying that. Not an excuse for the sitting goverment, but none of these systemic failures started yesterday.
