Barr, Mnuchin, Mulvaney, Ross, and McGahn should all have been thrown in the Capitol jail for inherent contempt of Congress. Trump didn’t just need to be “undermined”, he needed to be removed from office, prosecuted, and sent to prison for:
1) numerous counts of obstruction of justice,
2) campaign finance violations and bribery,
3) defrauding the United States by lying about divesting his business interests.
4) Treason: aiding and abetting a hostile foreign power in undermining US elections.
5) Misappropriation of funds from his charitable foundation.
Those five charges were the strongest against Trump, and the House never included them in articles of impeachment. He should be locked up for the rest of his miserable life just for those, but there have been more since then:
6) gross dereliction of duty and willful endangerment of American lives WRT COVID 19 — at least four separate counts, here.
7) (along with Barr) obstruction of justice in the Michael Flynn and Roger Stone cases.
8) perjury in his sworn answer to Mueller that he knew nothing about Roger Stone’s contacts with Julian Assange.
9) defrauding the United States (again) by re-directing military flights in order to profit his resorts in the UK.
10) attempted defrauding the United States (again) by selecting his Doral resort for the next G7 conference.
11) conspiracy to commit voter suppression by sabotaging the USPS and undermining mail-in voting.
12) election fraud, by telling people to vote twice.
Oh, and maybe you can tell us why his inauguration cost over 100 million dollars, while Obama’s 2013 inauguration, which was clearly more extravagant, cost less than half of what Trump’s did.
