Florida legislators will hold a special session this week to tackle several hot topics. Walt Disney World's special taxing district is among those expected to generate widespread attention.

Last month, a public notice was posted in Osceola County about a bill making major changes to the Reedy Creek Improvement District. While no details were provided, Gov. Ron DeSantis' staff told Fox News the legislation would give district control to a state-controlled board appointed by the governor.

"The corporate kingdom has come to an end," DeSantis' communications director, Taryn Fenske, told Fox News.

  1. OUTSTANDING!!!!! Ron I will still vote trump if he runs but I would appreciate if you would be his Vice President so when he leaves you step in and take torch in theory that could be 16 years of good leadership 8 with trump 8 after!

  2. I kinda think this guy would make a decent president. Certainly can’t get any worse than the clown show we’ve had to choose from this past election

  3. Him wanting control of disney and unlimited access to underage girls makes a lot more sense now.

On a serious note, Ron Ron has no idea what he’s in for

  4. wow!!! way to go Ron, taxing the rich !! You fooled the country you realy are a democrat. Welcome home!!!!!
