Mr. PM, what about crime sir, tell me about crime. When a person can snuff our the life of another person with extreme malice, why not have it mandated that if found guilty, the perpetrator should be given life in prison at very hard labour. Announcing that the vaccinated will be treated differently than the unvaxxed is nothing but discrimination, we all pay our taxes.
It is the responsibility of government to apply justice once a crime is committed but crime prevention is the responsibility of all Jamaicans. Two many Jamaicans pretend they don’t know who in the community is causing disruption, allow or committed small act of dishonesty and think it’s okay. To reverse the trend in crime, which started escalating in 1972 dirty election with the inflow of guns in the Island will take just as long to fix 50 years and that is just to get us back to crime levels of the 1970s.
