Rev. Sharpton: Grand Jury Charges In Breonna Taylor Case 'Grossly Insufficient' | MTP Daily | MSNBC
Reading in between the lines of the presser, I think it’s obvious that there will be Federal Charges due to the attainment of the warrant. The DA is VERY careful to say that his office is not handling the issue of the warrant and then additionally emphasized the fact that the 2 officers who returned fire, had no knowledge of the warrant basis and were only there as warm bodies. Part of the settlement even includes reforms on HOW a cop can now get a breach warrant from a judge.
They knew this was coming hence the National Guard presence starting yesterday. My guess is only one or 2 cops (neither one a shooter) will get charged with violating her civil rights through b.s. warrant attainment and they dont want people to go crazy and start getting Rodney King flashbacks… smh. Justice in this country ain’t ish.
What do you think about the coming separation? Everyone will be happier once separated.
I don’t think that drug dealers are entitled to civil rights.
A black man prosecutor said no charges
@Spartiatis Prove she was a drug dealer moron without using your far right extremist propaganda sources.
@Kevin Dickerson he is a Republican token attention seeker who spoke at the RNC

@Terry Hawkins You are a moron. TRUMP 2020. BIDEN was the one who promoted segregation back in the day. Educate yourself.
@syscrash319 LOL you’re the one who needs to educate yourself and stop watching fake newd
Not sure all understood the inditement. No charges were filed related to Breonna’s death. The charges were for the people in the apartment next door.
and so
Paulette Lamontagne Just the facts, do with it what you want.
I didn’t know that, are you sure? I really didn’t follow this case.
What do you mean and so?
Exactly. No attempt was made to prosecute the policemen who did not announce themselves but fired blindly into an apartment and other apartments in disregard of the likelihood of killing neighbors and others. If they had announced themselves and then been fired upon, by Ms. Taylor’s boyfriend, he would now be in jail.
Anyone who knowingly fires at policemen after they announced themselves would have been prosecuted for attempted murder. Releasing him is an acknowledgement that the police did NOT announce themselves, so they must be prosecuted for their recklessness in firing back before announcing themselves.
Paid your taxes yet, Al?
Have you paid your taxes yet.
@neal6473 absolutely.
When the family took that money, the cops changed narrative of the whole case. The family ain’t out raged the lawyers ain’t out raged about the verdict.
