They should build multi rental apartments too,especially in cities. Young people just leaving home, do they have money to buy house right away. They need apartment to rent while saving to buy house. In addition, some people may not even interested in buying house if they can get suitable apartment to rent. It’s a whole lot if pressure they put on a young couple to buy a house after getting their first job after school and want to shock up. This is a housing matter that needs to be addressed. The ministry of housing should pick up this rental apartment slack
