The fines are not high enough to prevent this happening. In today’s Environmental warming climate changes this should not be happening. Government should stop the mining until the company can properly get rid of the waste matter.
Personally, I prefer when the water is murky green, the way it’s always been. SMH.
And if I were an astute Manager at Windalco, I would insist that the fishy smell is eminating from pum pum rock. LOL
