@V I Yup. But it seems like a ” one and done ” deal with tRump / McConnell because Roberts has been pretty much on the up and up since then , especially with this election recount B.S.
Trump spent his building phase in Manhatten laundering huge amounts of cash as well as using much more concrete than was necessary (no rebar, etc., and wonder why so many stiffed contractors never sued him? They valued their lives) for the Lucchese crime family (who controlled the concrete sector in NYC) just as his father before him, and when he lost them too much money they cut him loose and that’s when the bankruptcies started.
After struggling with gimmicky scams like Trump steaks, Trump University, etc., he switched to laundering money for Bratva, which has strong ties to both Putin and the Likud Party in Israel.
This sounds like Democratic fan fiction, but its 100% true. Deutsche Bank acted as the go-between for hundreds of millions of dollars of Bratva’s ill-gotten gains for Trump to clean by buying up golf courses, resorts, and other real estate.
The conventional wisdom seems that he’ll be in deep financial trouble as 300 million in loans from Deutsche Bank come due, but the loans will be rolled over somewhere by someone because they weren’t really loans on the first place, but a money laundering scheme, and Trump has served Putin and Nuttyyahoo well.
But if he’s truly investigated and questioned by the NY state AG he is truly fubared, and if they dig deep enough he could be exposed for knowingly, treasonously running interference for Putin while POTUS for purely personal gain. I’m sure he’ll try a self-pardon because what he’s done could qualify as treason under Federal law.

The BBC produced a long and detailed documentary on trumps links to organized crime years ago, that’s why his buildings were of concrete. New York concrete was a money laundering arm of organized crime. Trump and money laundering are synonymous and a perfect fit for Gangster Putin’s currency exchange.
