  1. Delaney gets so much attention…why? He just represents the establishment, corporations. He’s “Republican Light.”

    1. @Brian Beeler That would mean most Democrats are “Republican light” and you far left progressives are just a small but whiny minority.

    2. Mister Sarajevo bernie is polling at ~20%, Delaney is polling at under 1% despite two nationally televised debates, being a congressman, and pouring $15 million into his own campaign, should they have equal coverage? All 20 of them lol?

    1. @Trumprules Clintondrools u better be careful in what you say, you yourself, just might be in that line one day, keep on following that orange lying racist president n you will get there because you are going to find out he doesn’t care about yall either.

    2. @Roger Out he rules yall not us. We don’t give a rat’s azz about him, and he knows it n cant do a dogs butt thang about it neither.

  2. Of we don’t tackle climate change, this will all be a moot point. Our planet will be too hot and our grandchildren will not have any quality of life!

    1. @christopher romero
I’m in AZ, by this time in Aug. we usually have monsoons daily.

      We’ve had 1.
      Very strange.

I see you have been ignoring and denying science for the last 3 decades then.

Climate change is in the process of changing the world in so many ways, for the worse, that it’s actually impossible to imagine.
Ignoring it won’t avoid that. It will make it much worse.

  3. John – give up and become a republican – they need another presidential candidate to challenge Trump.

  4. Just like with Bush in 2008,Trump and the GOP will leave the next DEM president with a massive recession by 2021.

    1. @Trumprules ClintondroolsOverall, 9 of the 10 most prosperous states are the blue states. 8 or 9 of the 10 poorest states are red states. Blue states overall contribute much more in federal taxes than they received back from the federal government. 9 out 10 of the states who have the highest percentage of subsidies from other states are red states. Some of them pay only $.80 in federal taxes for every dollar that they receive. Red states are the welfare states.

80 million people can’t afford health insurance or can’t afford their deductibles so they can’t actually access most care. What’s your point?
You actually think life for the average American is getting better?!
You can’t measure the success of America for it’s people by the stock market. It’s a Republican myth. The stock market goes up when workers get screwed because it means more corporate profits.

  5. Reducing spending means getting and E. Warren financial expert that understands capitalism and social projects that we absolutely need, fire, police, schools, EPA…

  6. People are being fooled into thinking that the economy is ‘booming’. It will crash within a year or two because of ballooning debt, corporate and individual. And now, we hear that Trump’s deficits are out of control, too.

    1. Michael Hoerig Don’t forget the people out there racking up their credit card debt. They are under the impression everything is wonderful.

    2. Old don’t forget the trade war that will eat up the extra money Americans have so that the rich can keep their tax cuts

  7. When we look at unemployment rates, shouldn’t we count the farmers now on welfare as unemployed??

    1. @GreenIdLady 1 they are 4 different ways to count true employment (lack thereof)…it’s useful for denying the truth..when you have that many ways of killing the workers.

    2. They only count those actively collecting unemployment. Those no longer eligible for unemployment are no longer counted. That’s why people double the unemployment number, to count those people too.

    3. @Jelly Belly The problem that also, is not everyone collects unemployment or even qualifies for unemployment to begin with.

  8. Republicans are guilty of more socialism than the Dems ever did but they just frame themselves as “capitalists.” Republicans only care about spending when it’s being spent on Democratic programs. Notice they didn’t cut spending when they had control of all 3 branches of government. Why, you ask? It’s because cutting spending slows growth.

    1. And that’s what they did with Obama to slow down the economic growth to later complain about his economy.. they are truly evil people. I don’t see the Democrats purposely trying to harm the economy just to gain control of the government.

    2. @A Jam it’s a semantic game they’ve been playing for decades. Republicans seem to develop selective amnesia when they come into power and stick to their “principles” when their choices are inconsequential.

  9. After Reagan’s Trickle Down Economics in 1988. George HW Bush ran on that but it never worked and became a 1 term President. Trump is in the same predicament. The budget will continue another Trillion Dollars each of the next 4 years. What happens when the budget gets into a $5 trillion dollar deficit. Not including the $22Trillion from the last 35 years. No end in sight.

  10. We have a few Rich.
We have a small, shrinking middle class.
We have a vast, growing sea of poor.
Just the way Republicans want America to be.

    1. It’s going to be a wasteland in a few years, they will undo the world, start it on fire to make money, then the will laugh, game over. Unless……

    2. Ironic…the French were inspired by the Patriots to launch their revolution. Killed many of the wealthy, Russians did too. Think America will do that again?

  11. Republicans are terrible at managing money and always have been. Their reputation as “fiscal conservatives” has NEVER existed in reality.
Also, drop out, Delaney. No one is voting for you.
