First of all, if that is how he wears his mask, no wonder he caught COVID. The majority of persons who contract COVID do not even require hospitalization. They recover at home or have very mild symptoms. Fully vaccinated persons have also caught Covid and have been hospitalized like my cousin and uncle. You never know how your body will react to the virus whether you are vaccinated or not.
But the government said no one at the hospitals are fully vaccinated. Are they in another country?
