    1. @Mark H You have posted multiple times, and every post makes no sense. You seem to have absolutely no grasp of basic facts, nor of reality. Please stop posting. If you can’t stop posting, please try to take the approach that you sincerely want to learn and understand, and use your posts to ask reasonable questions that are comprehensible to the reader.

  1. I know it takes years to process a complex case, but surely one of the many ongoing legal proceedings against Trump and his company will get resolved someday soon… This man’s ability to evade responsibility cannot continue to undermine our confidence that ultimately justice comes for criminals in America.

  2. How did Trump get in the Office in the first place? I don’t think he even understands what the term ‘national security’ means and what the consequences of its breach can be for the nation.

    1. Now the world and America knows why Howard Stern worn us about Trump can’t be President of United States before he was elected. We can’t get him off our back.

    2. “How did Trump get in office? ” That is a great question!!! He was elected as president due to people being tired of politicians. “And as a dog returns to his vomit, so a fool repeats his folly” and that’s how Biden was elected.

  3. The Trump legal team’s argument that “his office never looked like that” is like a murder suspect complaining that the photographs taken at the crime scene can’t be correct because there was never a dead body on the floor of his basement before the murder happened.

  4. It’s painful and frustrating to watch this investigation slowly progress. We all need to dig deep to find more patience and let the FBI and DOJ do their jobs. Be sure to check to make sure you are still registered to vote. Some states have been purging again. Vote Blue and Progressive up and down the ballot to save our democracy.

    1. @Lizbraham Lincoln – perhaps he (& the world) will get lucky & he’ll drop dead before he gets indicted or brought to trial.

  5. Of course they took the documents out of the boxes, they have to take pictures of what they found….it’s a crime scene right??🤔

    1. @Tobias Birmingham This is the equivalent of the clear plastic baggies full of coke and you saying “those are just baggies full of something white, prove it is coke!”

    2. @W Ben – I am curious, please tell us, what kind of evidence (&/or method of collection of such evidence) would it take for you to believe “45” has indeed committed acts/actions for which he can/should be indicted?

  6. Asia Janay Lavarello got 3 months in jail, and a $5,500 fine for knowingly removing classified information concerning the national defense or foreign relations of the United States and retaining it at an unauthorized location. She took 3 low security grade documents home to work with them during Covid lockdown. She had access to them, but were not allowed to take them home. She was sentenced in the U.S. District Court for the District of Hawaii on February 10, 2022. I hope this case set the precedence for Trump

    1. Yes, because of the massive amount of documents (over 300 Top Secret/SCI), should send trump up the river, for life! And rightfully so!!!

  7. Let me explain one important point – As the FBI and CIA will state clearly, when TS/SCI information is exposed, they treat that document as if the information is now ‘out there.’ It’s exceedingly sensitive and crucial info, so they need to protect the location, information or asset ASAP. So, for example, if Trump had a document that contained all secret CIA safe houses located in Yemen, all of those safe houses have to be immediately shut down, scraped and new safe houses need to be found/built/designed and protected immediately, costing $millions and wasting thousands of man hours. Now imagine if the information contained satellite material, names of undercover assets or nuclear information. All of the info has be considered ‘compromised.’ This will cost the USA $Billions. Well done, Donny. You’re officially a traitor.

  8. These documents were retained to be sold or used as leverage against others. There’s no justification for having them, lots of excuses but no legitimate reasons given as to why the documents were in his possession.

  9. Seems 45 was more protective of his perceived wealth and tax returns than 🇺🇸 classified documents.
Shows what’s really important to him. Hope MAGA world take note.

  10. Bearing in mind the vast accumulative experiences and knowledge of Mr Clapper in his former post, to hear him state that the most recent FBI disclosure of their finds in the ’45’ room made him feel sick to the stomach with concern, exemplifies the sheer gravity of this situation. I cannot be under-stated in any form or dimension.

    1. @Truth Warrior this wasn’t personal information & not even he’s claiming that it was so; he claimed he declassified the documents.

  11. Amazing breakdown of why this is so important! How can a former leader be allowed to put the country in a compromised position.

  12. It behooves me to comprehend how any legal mind could defend the actions of this man Trump. Not withstanding those that are ready to put their lives on the line for him. God help us.

    1. @Melting Pot He gave them back because he knew that they did not belong to him. BUT, he held on to more. How’s that?

  13. A cover sheet doesn’t just identify a classified document, it keeps the content from view until those who have the requisite clearance and need-to-know are ready to see the document itself.

  14. “In my administration, I’m going to enforce all laws regarding the protection of classified information. No one will be above the law.” ~ Donald Trump 2016

  15. A lawyer who works on prosecuting cases dealing with classified material said recently, that there is really only one reason Donnie would keep such a vast trove of over 300 classified documents (over 700 pages!): it is because they have “value” – and we all know how transactional Donnie is. Those documents have VALUE, and he is both cruelly vindictive, as well as very deep in debt.
