    1. That’s why crime cannot go down cause we money don’t have no value ,jobs not paying much and the economy help us father

  1. We need raise apay how we going to buy food God help us all the governments need to do something to help Jamaica people

  2. They brought this on themselves free up the wharf and end the over Taxation and Corruption at the Wharf so everyone not just the Chinese can actually import Goods to sell at reasonable prices to somewhat help the situation

  3. Even if increase in wheat r whatever…JAMAICA FLOUR MILL U NO AFFI RAISE IT……ALL NOW MINIMUM WAGE CAAN RAISE…

    1. This is what happens when the dollar is not backed by gold or silver. Things are only going to get worst because Jamaica is one of the many countries in the world that uses fiat currency

  4. As the bredrin said, free up customs etc so that imports can come in the country. In a perfect economy Jamaica wouldn’t have ended up in this financial apocalypse because we’d have used our own resources and become self sufficient. The reality is that we need aid so allow people who have migrated to have relative ease in clearing food items bought overseas instead of extreme charges at customs

  5. Let the flour stay on the shelves and let fly take it.everything gone up what about our pay?Teachers, Police and security officers a suffer already then you talking bout price gone up.Saturday me took up a 4lbs chicken in the supermarket for almost $1500 food price is not under any control and the people in their high seat don’t care

  6. In America if they put on a dollar on bread it stay on the shelves whether they can afford it or not.We need to leave the bread, biscuits, bulla and everything that have in flour on the shelves and let them spoil and see if them don’t do better. Let us eat what we grow and grow what we eat.We don’t have to eat flour, bread etc go in the market get some yam, potatoes, pumpkin, banana, cook your meal and enjoy it flour is not nutritious

    1. Cyaa walk 🚶 leave the 🍞 bread all wen the price gone sky high just life but its not a good look for the counrty

    2. Where in America not the states that i know we are having some serious price increases and we have to buy what we need,,,

  7. They gonna raise the price of everything then married items. Soon haffi buy rice, peas & chicken together; bread & butter; rice & flour; toothpaste & bath soap etc. Look like flour & chicken raise every few weeks. Only salary nuh raise smh…

  8. This is what happens when the dollar is not backed by gold or silver. Things are only going to get worst because Jamaica is one of the many countries in the world that uses fiat currency

  9. Almost 500 bills now if a bread, how much a pound a flour going to cost $100.00 when was the last wage increase and everything ago up

  10. Look here let’s solve this the increases are coming in Close school salaries cannot afford for parents to manage, substantial living let’s move towards that if it’s food alone you can afford then that’s it.

  11. I for one was always happy eating each day any how let welcome back paradise where children play together and families farm and eat.

  12. Am sure someone is working on ways to sell us air as well 😃.. just a matter of time….so let’s be happy we can still breathe without paying for it …

  13. Nigel is saying that there will be no new taxes……..but there is a significant increase in basically every food items .
