The Quebec government will reintroduce a curfew between 10 p.m. and 5 a.m. starting Dec. 31, Premier Francois Legault announced Thursday evening.

No, science is where you argue with facts, based on data gathered. Other scientists then review your data and if it’s right, they don’t have a problem with your thesis. When data doesn’t support the statement, it’s thrown out. Galileo was right because he was factually correct. It wasn’t an argument, it was a fact.
