Depends, did you give your boss the same spineless, unenthusiastic answer he did? Sounds like the “minister of industry” is apart of the inefficiency and lack of competence within the government. Seems to me Putin was actually polite and reasonable. Should a leader be easy going and ok with mediocre, sub par results? I think not. Saying you will try to do your best when your boss gives you a firm date, then you best be saying, “Yes sir, within a month or sooner, it’ll be done.”

How many times have I seen a manager with no idea of processes, actual time required to accomplish prerequisite tasks, much less the ability to perform any single of those tasks themselves, walk into a meeting, and say more or less the same thing as Putin did in this clip?
