@Richard Partin They’re counting on Trump being left to pardon Rudy. After all, impeachment was not even a “maybe” when Trump and Rudy got this thing started. And after the truth came out, it was too late to turn back then.
We haven’t heard about it but I can’t believe that NO one else is involved but Trump and Rudy. Surely someone like Nunes, Jordan, Rand Paul and other worms are involved to some degree.
If Republican lawmakers refuse to follow the law of what they’re elected to do there must be some form of penalty or punishment.

The part about saying the the Ukrainian ambassador is (going to go through some things), tells you he had the whole thing planned out as the planning structure, he knew she was going through some things, her removal, the replacement donor of 1 million dollars that was placed there, to the holding up of the 400 million from Ukraine, to the phone call, the planning design of Rudy Giuliani going all the way behind everyone as well, the asking of the 2 favors, the hiding of the phone call on the coded server afterwards, then the whistle-blower complaint, the intire planning structure of the intire scandal is so freaking obvious that it’s stupid obvious. Trump and Rudy was planning the whole thing long ago way before any of this all went down, when Rudy announced he was going to Ukraine and then it all got reported, and he canceled the trip.

Joy Phillips, sorry to tell you but most every Senator and Congress person has at least 1 kid or relative serving on boards all over the world. You only know this one bc Trump is focused on Biden. Shamefully, it’s rampant and — just as shamefully— it’s totally legal. I personally think Congress should BAN all relatives from serving on foreign boards of directors. But that will never happen.
Closer to home, look at the relatives of congress serving on domestic boards and getting 250K annual for doing it. That includes big bank boards, Insurance industry boards, oil and gas company boards, and all the boards of Wall Street companies. We’re you aware of these? Most people are not aware.
Next level down are the kids of politicians who get plumb jobs at big salaries (media execs, anchors, etc) bc their fathers are connected to power. Look at Jenna Bush, and look at Huntsman daughter as Fox anchor, and even look at Steve Ducey from Fox News whose oldest son, age 21, got appointed to the WH staff. You think that’s an accident? Or you think maybe it’s in Trumps interest to keep Fox compromised like that? This should be outlawed.
These are a few I can name off hand, but there are literally hundreds more examples of the same thing. The whole practice should be banned but let’s guess congress will never do it. Just like they’ll never vote for Term Limits bc they like the free ride for life.
