Protesters leave Emerson, Manitoba border with police escort

Protesters drove away in a convoy with a police escort, ending the six-day blockade at the Emerson border. CTV's Jeff Keele reports.

  1. It is about time these self-centred truckers were cleared out.

    1. @Sydney Nova This protest has morphed from an anti mandate for truckers, to an anti-government one, as local Canadians are denied THEIR freedoms from the occupation of trucks, and the economy is hampered from the border blockades.
      You hate mandates, you have masks, you hate vaccines, you hate the government – fine . But you canโ€™t do those things.

  2. You can’t arrest or charge peaceful protesters, except for maybe giving them a parking ticket. Bravo to the Truckers for doing the right thing ๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ฆ
