Professor Discusses Why She's Calling In Call Out Culture | Morning Joe | MSNBC
She is smarter than 99% of people.
I hate to admit this…but Trump had been calling out cancel culture for a while.
Agreed. The Squad and BLM/AntiFa are no enemies, if they turn on Team Biden, they’re friends!
@Alper Zuckerface
I forgive you.
@R Torres Trump is cancel culture personalized w/all the dismissive name-calling etc.
@R Torres As have Bill Maher, Sam Harris, and many, many other classical liberals.
Excellent wisdom transfer!
😆
Empathy is seen as as weakness in our society.
Perhaps, but I refuse to live in a world that’s just cold hearted.
And then they came for me, and there was noone left to speak up.
I might be cynical but Isn’t it often more about creating attention about themselves rather than actually changing things?
I agree, it’s the virtue signaling nonsense that brings attention to the person rather than the idea/cause.
Doing something dumb as a teen, and doing it at a business or company is different.
I like the professor’s message. Love, Peace, Justice.
this is truly progressive not neoliberal insanity
Loretta Ross is awesome!
😆
Very good points!! Be outraged about injustices. But don’t take it out in the people who disagree with you. Change the system that made it!
I would agree that channeling energy to change a system is fine, but those people who disagree are the adversaries whose viewpoints need to be challenged politely and logically
That was a beautiful interview!👏
Play her words more often!!!😘😷👏🙏🇺🇸
If you bring someone IN to the conversation, you BOTH might learn something.
Professor Ross, you clearly excel in holding our hearts in your hand; thank you for sharing such a powerful tool for trust and compassionate integrity.
That’s cute. Did you read that in a Hallmark card or something?
Sounds like you don’t get too many Hallmark cards from people. I’ll send ya one, buddy. Cheer up!
@Mama Luigi no that’s not nearly as fawning and obsequious as Kirk’s
She makes good points but the right has shown no humanity thus it makes forgiveness or conversation impossible.
What a great lady! I think the most important think is if people have learned from the mistake and have grown from that.
What a great message and a brilliant woman!!!
The case of Al Franken comes to mind for some reason.
And he really didn’t do anything bad. Esp. when compared to a lot of others.
@archlab7 considering that he did nothing wrong and there was evidence Roger Stone put people up to making the accusations…
Very wise Lady! If only we all could learn her lessons! BestRoy
A woman of heart and brilliance. Now this is a guest worth attention.
“When you ask people to give up hate, you need to be there for them when they do.”
…Wow. That’s a word (message from God).
What a brilliant woman, I’m 53 and she made me reflect on myself🥺
Noreen Mountain me too I went back too my 16 year old self …and had too go I the room and ask my now 16 year old daughter for forgiveness.. for something she said wow …. I’m going to reflect before I object
@Shawni Edwards good for you! We’re only human😁
