What Keith Duncan failed to also mention is punishment for criminals within the upper class, and corporate society as well. I’m sure that this venue is filled with them, that he is laughing and shaking hands with.
But hey! These are the type of people that buy their way out of criminality in Jamaica.
Yes, he should have mentioned corruption but do you think he got wealthy by not being corrupt? I don’t know him but I know to be successful in Jamaica, you have to engage in corruption.
He is so correct. Most of the graduates today couldn’t even write a 1 page paper let alone an essay.
He forgot to mention that lower productivity also leads to continued low wage rates.
