@Rob Ceriani Explain why I should be ashamed ? When someone gets time in the corrections system, the state or county takes responsibility for their health . They are still humans (I totally agree with the fact that some are behaving worse than animals and should never ever be released) but we talk in general terms . So you should be ashamed, the judicial system has judged them so they do time that doesn’t mean they should not receive healthcare.
