So basically, at the moment, he, himself, can spend 56 mill, he is worth more, but until the Queen dies he doesn’t get any more money (which is 20 something mill in cash at least if the reports are correct) and whatrcervelse she may want to leave him in her will.
Does he have assets of his own? Never been released if he has but so far it seems Grandmother Queen has lock stock and barrel on pretty much everything. And if she doesn’t his father, aunt and uncle (maybe, depending on how she is dealing with the situation) have the keys to everything.
