I am finding here in Kingston, Ontario, Canada…that, 28 percent of the general populace will not adhere to the non-socializing/distancing guidelines. That is a serious reason for concern. Very serious. Also, those with mental illness are now wandering the streets aggressively…and being verbally performanced also. Wandering in traffic…following strangers on buses…very serious. Thank you.
