Liberals haven’t been in charge. The Republicans and blue dog, conservative Democrats like Clinton and Obama have. I might add that Obama did save 1.6 million jobs in the car industry even though conservatives wanted to let the companies die (and we know they wouldn’t have advocated for that if a Republican were president.) Liberals have never run the government. If you want someone to blame for how the country is going, look to the people who have been running the country and whose policies have been enacted regardless of which party is in the White House.
