@Closeoutracer Switzerland is vastly different than the US. Even you should know that. Conservatives in the US are oh so fond of saying that the example of Norway as a successful democratic socialist country in no way suggests that the US could follow suit. The same goes for Switzerland. Besides, with more than 30 years of supply side failure in the US, we already know that lower taxes on the rich doesn’t do squat for anyone but the rich.
@Trumpocalypse We’ve not had low taxes for the last 30 years.. the US has consistently had some of the highest Corporate taxes in the world.. The economy gets a bump when taxes are cut.. but we are nowhere near the tax rates of Switzerland, so our average wages suffer. The economy has been boosted with every tax cut.. that is not a failure. JFK’s tax cut in the 60’s did the same thing. Norway’s economy is supported by State owned oil fields..therefore it is a model with an un natural support..

@Closeoutracer : If taxes were as low as you think they should be, the government would go broke. There has to be revenue. Also, government services are mostly a good thing. The Republicans dream of a pure capitalist society, but it wouldn’t work. Privatizing everything would be a disaster. Everything privately run is more expensive than when it is run by the government. Most people would be excluded from services that they now depend upon. The free market doesn’t work anywhere close to how you think it does. As I’ve pointed out many times, the rich and corporations don’t share their wealth. They pocket it. That’s been proven over and over again. Continue living in your fantasy land, if you wish, but your ideal society will never exist in the US.

The Iran deal was a sham from the getgo. If you look into it you’d see that. In the deal Iran conceded to allow UN observers to check in in it’s nuclear installations to make sure it wasn’t stick piling nuclear material for a nuke. Ok but the treaty also said these UN observers had to give each nuclear site 1 month’s notice before they showed up AND they could not go into rooms the Iranian let them go into
In other words it achieved nothing and the Mossad, Israel’s CIA, infiltrated some Iranian nuclear installations undercover and brought back documents proving Iran broke the nuclear deal as soon as the signed it! Total farce! They got billions of dollars and we got buopiss! Obama was an absolute disgrace
If Iran invested 100s of millions of dollars into Trump’s properties like the Saudi Royals have, Trump would make a deal with them today. Trump is after all, for sale. Or, he can be rented like a bouncy house

Count Yorga , you are incorrect , Iran’s nuke facilities was not under 24/7 inspections , Iran had to given 24hr notice before any inspections , and Iran did not fully disclose all facilities as Israel’s intelligence community pointed out. Also any nuke facilities on military bases where off limits
