If the President has committed an act of treason (or some other seriously illegal act that puts the nation at risk) the Congressional Intelligence and Senate Intelligence Committees have a right to that whistle-blower’s information. In fact, they have a duty to demand it and the Supreme Court has a obligation to back up that demand.

You bring up the constitution, so you should learn it and embrace it. Try not to let others tell you how to interpret it. The US justice system works on the presumption of innocence.
