Government after government the attitude has been to react to the criminals. Mr. Commissioner if you don’t know how to implement and expedite preventative measures, it’s really time for you to step down.
Crime is too rampant for you to be spending so much time behind a desk. Get out in the street and get a feel of what’s going on. Stop relying solely on what you’re told and experience it for yourself. That is what a true leader does.
