Not surprised. I worked, for a year, on an Ontario IT project and it was a joke. We live in Halton and use our own portal which is working flawlessly. Perhaps Ford should ask the region how they did it.

I hope this may be enough for Ontario to recognize a prime example of conservative action. Support for big business, underfund anyone who opposes them. Then when their greed -driven attempt to govern doesn’t work, finger pointing at the Liberals. Right up there with death and taxes.
