He was the prime minister for nearly 2 decades. Why didnt he do it? Jamaican politicians past and present are a joke.

I support the move to a republic, but PJ was the leader for almost 20 years and he never got it done. So while I think his message is sound, he should not be the one penning such a letter. Leave that to someone else who was never a leader of the country.
