That won’t happen
Jamaicans are a very interesting bunch. Fishing is a private industry, yet you want the government to give you money when you experience losses. That is not how business and government work. In business sometimes you win and sometimes you lose. Where the government is to get the money from to hand out to all the sectors in Jamaica? Man, you are crazy! You guys should start an insurance business to deal with these eventualities. It is not the government’s business to go around and the money to anyone, but the indigents.
The government is not helping y’all Jamaican like they helping us over here and the United States and that’s sad if you got an opportunity to get out you better get out and come on over here and make some quick fast dollars
