The transcript of Pentagon official Laura Coooper's impeachment inquiry testimony was released on Monday. Cooper told Congress that President Donald Trump directed a freeze on hundreds of millions of dollars of military aid to Ukraine over the summer. According to the transcript, Cooper says she felt senior National Security officials "were all unified in their view that this assistance was essential." Aired on 11/12/19.
