After 3 years of trying to manufacture a reason to impeach.. and failing.. The Dems have decided to impeach over nothing.
To answer both of your questions
1. Holding back military aid to country that is at war unless the president of Ukraine acts to help Trump with his personal interests compromising national security (abuse of power and bribery)
2. Keeping evidence from Congress. The transcript he wanted everyone to read, was rigged leaving out key details that lt col vindman, one of those listening in on that phone call, recalled which clearly showed he wanted Ukraine’s help for himself
3. He also defied many subpoenas keeping many witnesses from testifying such as Mick Mulvaney. Not to mention he keeps denying things that have already been proven like the quid pro quo which EU ambassador Gordon Sondland confirmed after Trump has been telling the press “There’s no quid pro quo”. My point being is that he is lying to the American people. (Obstruction of justice and lying to Congress)

The Democrats have become a bad joke.
This is setting a bad precedent for when one party controls the house and the other has the whitehouse. This can cause the downfall of our great country. When a party loses it does not mean their supporters stop being Americans.
When Clinton was impeached was it Monica Lewinski who blew the whistle on him ?
