  1. I’m so sad. I adore The Notorious RBG. What an absolutely phenomenal woman! Rest in peace in paradise QUEEN! 💔

    1. @Robbzzi The passing of RBG is a huge loss. My deepest condolences to her family. History will fondly remember this amazing woman.

  2. Why is the supreme court a life position? If we are going to be appointing judges on a political bases then they need a term length.

    1. @Jhns Jhns Who cares what you do in Germany? You shouldn’t even exist as a nation state after starting not one but two world wars.

    2. @austeritykills It wasn’t Obama’s judicial nominee cupcake. The president gets to make a nomination. The Senate has zero obligation to confirm any nomination. The Senate has final say on all appointments and if you think we elected a GOP Senate to rubber stamp that jug eared POS’s nominees you are living in a fantasy. The GOP Senate advised Obama that they would not be consenting to his nominee. That is their right under the constitution which you are babbling about but know nothing about.

    3. @Tommy Monson I can dismiss anybody I want. That said, If it makes you feel better, Ginsburg will now be replaced by somebody younger. [snicker]

    4. @Chris Donald Trump is not “far right” and it is not Donald Trump setting American cities on fire. It’s leftwing nutjobs.

    1. @N. deG Awwww is snowflake triggered? 🙂 Poor stupid snowflake has no clue that there is zero chance of passing a constitutional amendment to limit SCOTUS terms. Not happening snowflake. 🙂

    2. @Jamie Mercer Unless she was utterly stupid she knew somebody would run against Clinton and that there was a chance that somebody would win. Her OBVIOUS best move was to step down and let Obama have a Dem senate rubber stamp her successor. But noooooooo it had to be a Clinton and we see how that worked out.

    3. Don’t agree term limits on SC, but there should be term and AGE limits on both houses where there are many OLD crooks reside.

    4. @DB Stevens idiots like you are still angry, because Hillary got 3 million more votes than Trump. Ouch, that must really hurt, even 4 years later, to know that Hillary is more popular than Trump.

  3. I didn’t agree with almost everything RBG decided on but she is a legend and has a very nice home in heaven! I do hope the republicans act to move to elect a new justice because they always elect a Judge who is strongly for the constitution where as democrats always put in activist like judge Sullivan

  4. VOTE! RIP RBG! The best tribute to the Justice is to vote. She was deeply concerned about the machinations of -45 to disenfranchise voters in election and render right meaningless. Oh no! She made necessary trouble to assure the protection of the right to vote. VOTE Biden/Harris 2020 for RBG.
We have already lost John Lewis who fought with the tools given to him to protect the right to vote. May these icons continue to inspire us, especially our young folks, to make good trouble.

    1. Everybody knows Democrat voters are so stupid all it takes to disenfranchise them is to expect them to figure out the mysteries of the punch card voting machine. FL 2000 proved that in spades. Now they have to master the postal system and mail ballots in time and sign envelopes and all that? Good luck with that.

  5. Over time and through tough times, some people remain the light of civilised, just society. A monument to humanity and a reflection of what can be done even against the odds.

    1. A POS who tried to nullify the 2nd amendment in the bill of rights. Unfit to serve on the bench and now she no longer does.

    2. @lubfishin Yep. WTF should I respect, in either life or death, some POS who tried to abuse her position as a SCOTUS justice to nullify my and 330,000,000 other Americans right to bear arms and along with it effectively nullify our right to effective self defense? F her.

  6. Mitch McConnell said: No Supreme Court replacement until after Nov election. Still applies GOP efforts to have it both ways will pave the way for expanding the court

    1. @M G Oh yeah cupcake because otherwise Democrats are not going to take advantage of every single opportunity they get anyway? LMAO Your position has no credibility. You little hysterics have already threatened to pack the court, blow up the electoral college, blow up the legislative filibuster, pack DC in as a state etc etc etc. Nobody believes that you attempting any of those things is even remotely dependent on what the GOP does.

    2. @Nelson Sailor What are you babbling about? The Biden “rule”? Not a rule, sorry cupcake NOT A PART OF THE SENATE RULES in any way shape or form, just an axiom and like everything that originates with quid pro Joe a stupid one at that. We elect presidents for 4 years. We elect Senators for 6 years. We already had an election to decide who would be president in 2020 and who would control the Senate in 2020, so WTF would we now ignore the results of that election in favor of the next one? Yeah no rational reason I can think of. Sorry you’re still butthurt over 2016 and the Senate election in 2018. Elections have consequences and those consequences continue all the way until the next president and congress to be elected are seated. More bad news: This is going to energize the GOP base and hurt your 2020 chances too.

    3. @DB Stevens “Not binding in any way shape or form.” Thanks for clarifying what we all knew. Who would ever expect a Republican politician to stand by their word? Kinda sad that some folks expected Republicans to tell the truth or keep a promise. If that’s your kind of politics Mr. DB Stevens — go right ahead. Some of us still prefer to act with decency and will rebuke politicians when they desecrate the offices we elected them to.

  7. Too bad Ginsberg refused to vacate her seat during Obama’s first term. Ginsberg was in and out of the hospital for the past ten years. This is a very legitimate reason why there shouldn’t be life appointments. A ten year term is long enough and the voters should be the entity that elects a Supreme.

    1. Sorry cupcake this is not a rule of the mob direct democracy and hopefully never will be. Democracy: Two pit bulls and a cat voting on what to have for dinner.

    2. Disagree that voters should decide Supreme Court justices, but I agree she was selfish and egotistical to cling to her seat like that when she was obviously very frail. I vehemently dislike lifetime appointments.

    3. @j law Obama couldn’t make anything a bill. Bills originate in the legislative branch. Where do you people get this stuff?

  8. RIP Ruth Bader Gingsburg. At this time I would like to send prayers and condolences out to her family. Keep your head up. We’re thinking of you.

    1. It’s a shame abortion will now be made illegal. Only 2300 black babies are aborted daily in the USA. There must be more black babies than that! We can do better as a country and make it 23000!

    1. Think for yourself, don’t let anyone tell you what to do and how to think. Slavery is over many years ago. Get a better job and work harder. Don’t die and don’t hope that we all die with you.
Remember that you live in the greatest country on this earth. There are many job opportunities for us all. More jobs are coming back to this country. Cheers.

  9. Lindsay Graham said “they would not appoint a new judge until after this Presidential term” back in 2018. Lets see if he flip flops AGAIN.

    1. Fairness? LMAO The GOP has given Democrats gift after moderate compromise gift on the SCOTUS. Stevens, Souter, O’Connor, Kennedy: All MODERATE GOP appointments. What have Democrats given in response? Left wing activist POS like Ginsburg, Breyer, Sotomayor and the completely unqualified Kagan. In 2016 the GOP FINALLY started playing hardball with the SCOTUS and Democrats have been crying ever since.

    1. C J Please don’t get mad and stop hating. By the way, Sweden is a No-go shithole zone, full of manginas and man-haters.
      Bye 👋

    2. Now that “super lefty” RGB is gone, LEFTY’s threaten to BURN the COUNTRY DOWN if they don’t get their way!! Where is the CNN and MSNBC outrage on this?? Oh that’s right, they ONLY care if ORANGEMAN BAD throws a fit about losing the election. They want the country to burn, if he gets re-elected!! But, NO WORRIES, Trump will WIN AGAIN and the LEFTY’s will LOSE!! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6k9GdwnbcYo
