That’s a chance Bernie’s willing to take. You know, to save the planet from this “climate emergency”.

@Richie Tattersall That’s why we have a movement that will primary corporatist establishment Dems and unseat corporatist establishment GOP. Nobody seriously thinks any of Bernie’s platform will be easy to get passed. These are all ideals and policies that MLK was fighting for over 50 years ago and the establishment thought had died with him. They are back in mainstream discussion and gaining acceptance like never before and that in itself is a huge victory. These are all things that exist in every other rich capitalist. The majority of people understand this and see the injustice of it and they are fighting for MLK social democratic ideals like hasn’t been seen in America in generations! It’s a good time to be alive!
@SteelFisher Career politicions, BOTH parties have to go, the financial disparity currently existing in this country is INSANE. The only way to actually deal with it is by electing younger generations that actually had to deal with it while they were growing up, and throw out the ones that created it. I’ll be 63 in October, I watched it happen.
