The 18-24 age group is reporting the highest increase in psychological distress during the pandemic, according to data recently released by Quebec's public health expertise and reference centre.
"I think those that already felt a sense of isolation in their life or in their everyday lives are seeing that exacerbated exponentially by the pandemic situation,” says clinical counsellor Khan Bouba-Dalambaye.
