A treaty with Russia would be worthless as Russia never lives up to it’s promises. Russia signed an agreement in 1994 when Ukraine gave up all it’s nuclear weapons agreeing to border security of Ukraine. The USA and others also signed. I don’t think they are in the process of protecting Ukraine’s sovereignty.

To be honest it’s among the biggest mistakes Russia made early on in the war (and not gaining air superiority) was not wiping out the civilian infrastructure. The logistics of an army wins wars and the logistic supplies and capability come from the home front.
What I find interesting about this conflict is that the section of the home front you really want to hit is anything that supplies the enemy army. The twist here is that the majority of those facilities are in other countries who are currently not at war making it essentially impossible to stop the materiel the army needs to function.
I remember what I read about the Berlin airlift. The Russians attempted to starve the people in Berlin of food, heating and electricity. The planes kept flying and the Berliners did what it took to get through the winter. And when spring arrived, Russia realized that the blockade did not work and lifted it.

We, here in Ukraine, think, that if rusia is doing this (attack civilians with rockets and drones) that means that there are not enough sanctions and deferentially not enough weapons. So we must help our military more, in order to bring this war to their territory. That is the only way. moskow will fail only when moskow is fall.
