Do the job you are paid to do, end of story. It is not a social club.
@MrQuincy27 clearly you failed troll school and were given the worst assignment. Going all-in trolling nurses during a pandemic is quite the career choice
@Jessica Dill I’m claiming the govt and hospital administrators have done a horrendous job and should all be fired and held accountable for this mess we are in . ALL THEIR FAULT !!! Mismanaged funds , overpaid bureaucrats. They spent how much money and nothing to show for it? And fire healthcare workers during a pandemic? Come on
You’re a boomer, aren’t you George?
Ladies and gentlemen i found a psychopath …
@sad_ruined Sam bam is psycho?
1:21 “I can hear the exhaustion in your voice” . She had to read that. All theater
Lmao haha wow
Is the work not bound by a collective agreement? If they are doing something outside the agreement, why not just grieve it?
Ppl bully others to not grieve. It happens at my work place
Governments legislate over and above the contract terms and the process takes so many years moving through the courts that the employer (the government) have constructively been given a free hand
Grievances can take months to years to resolve.
Most of the unions are in bed with Government on this issue.
You hit it sister. Internationally trained Nurses will go a long way to help with their experience
Dancing on TikTok videos is very exhausting.
Begone troll
That’s old misinformation.
@Jessica Dill pot meet kettle
@Jonathan Gould there’s a difference between a troll and a scold
Lmao
Is this being blamed on the unvaxxed or are we holding hospital administrators accountable by asking them why they fired thousands of healthcare staff the past 2 months?
I can’t imagine being a healthcare worker right now. They’re abused from all sides.
Perhaps stop firing nurses for not disclosing their vaccines status? And let’s extend that to every sector.
