An Ontario resident says she was shocked after developers for a condo she signed a contract for pre-pandemic demanded almost $280,000 more.

  5. Considering they were selling units as far back as 2016? Shouldn’t they have already started construction? If I had to look elsewhere to buy a new place, I’d sue the developer for the price difference. If they had delivered earlier, then the price difference wouldn’t have been as bad.
