STOP USING AMAZON !
Unfortunately you can’t beat their delivery times and prices.
I would video myself putting it in the box and sealing it, then write something unique and identifying across the seals . When you show up at Canada Post, take a photo of it on the scale with tracking number on it. The weight should prove it was the correct item still in the box when it was sealed up and sent.
Yeah but we shouldn’t have to do that especially if we pay thousands for products. Why is the item suddenly refunded after going to news ?
An avid photographer taking pictures through glass 🙄
That was probably a stunt for the news. It’s been raining outdoors all week long in most of Canada
@Michael Mukupa So is an “avid photographer” buying from Amazon…
Next time buy at a store there problem solved
Pretty funny y this is news today
Funny how Amazon usually only has an issue refunding ‘big ticket’ items; they’re always “not the same product returned”. 🤨 Shame we *need* to turn to an advocate to receive justice.
