On the brink? There are 149 in ICU under a ventilator in all Ontario. The capacity of ICU with ventilators in Ontario is 2811. So since when 5% of capacity is being on the brink, stupid?

They have had 10 months to add emergency/ICU beds. Are we to understand this was not done. Trump brought in Navy ships and added thousands of beds in temporary hospitals in arenas, conference centres etc during wave 1 Did the Canadian Government overlook this just like they forgot to order vaccines .
