@Yvonne that was my first thought as well. Here in New Orleans that is one of the risks the mayor has stated-a recommendation to the liquor board to revoke license. We also have up to $1000 fine.

The Oregon Liquor Commission has revoked licenses to bars and restaurants that broke quarantine rules too. They pulled a few liquor licenses, and increased compliance.
At last, America is getting back to normal.
