Since they’re basing their actions on their ‘feelings’, not evidence, I think they should be prosecuted.
@Save 🇺🇸 of course I’m making stuff up…🤦🏻♂️
You’re not watching the hearings, am I right?
Well, watch the previous three hearings and you’ll find out if I’m making stuff up.🤦🏻♂️
@Save 🇺🇸 Trump made the mess. And you need help.
This is craziness. Can’t they be arrested and fired for not doing their job?
@B. T. looking to score some old stuff eh?
Has any local left wing DA s been arrested or thrown out of office for not doing their jobs?

This man is such a disgrace, what honor & dignity he is talking about. Pushing Lies upon Lies is his defense. Just freaking nuts.
Disgrace is all the GOP/GQP have left

They re voted 2 to 1 to certify, Griffin voted no. He asked to be put in jail so I hope they call his bluff.
@Ba Doai last bot
Once a final judgment is rendered, Mr. Griffin can be held in civil contempt of court until he complies. As he holds “the keys to the jail,” he can be jailed indefinitely until he complies. A lawyer once served 14 years for civil contempt. If Mr. Griffin believes what he is saying, he should welcome serving 14 years for civil contempt. The judiciary needs to draw clear lines and enforce its orders.
Strumpets have mush for brains
@Noneshere You can, in fact, force a government actor to do so. This is absolutely 100% necessary for the government to be held accountable against internal corruption. You remove the ability for the courts to compel government actors and you remove every check and balance against government overstepping from the system entirely.

Lock him up,lock gop-traitors up!!!
corn pop was a bad dude
Too bad the laws don’t require 10 year minimum for election related crimes committed by officials, such as this felon.
Why is committing felonies not a disqualifyer for those trying to get into the government? Do we not require ethics standards?
@C C Because then it becomes incredibly easy to simply jail your opponents to eliminate them and hold onto power. Use your head.
I Totally agree with you!👍
He is publicly demonstrating his stupidity in his vain attempt to proclaim his superiority over a process he is unqualified for and swore an oath to uphold🤦♀️
Welcome to amurica😞
All you need to be qualified to lead there is a big cowboy hat.
I’m from New Mexico and I’m honestly disgusted to know someone like those 3 commissioners are in charge of anything
Strumpet weirdos are as smart as a rock
@MasterMan 126 I hear you… With these sort of people in control of ANYTHING is A CRYING MATTER..
THERE IS NOTHING FUNNY (HA HA)
about this or them.
If he’s willing to go to jail, why doesn’t he prove it in court ?
And if he is willing to be jailed , Oblige him.

because corn pop was a bad dude!
Using this guy’s logic, a judge can decide he’s guilty (or anyone else) of a crime by saying “I have no evidence you committed a crime but I’m sentencing you to five years in prison based my gut feeling and intuition you did. And that’s all I need.”
@Sonny Fong of course. Then they tell you no one is above the law. Yeah. Especially me.
@Ba Doai <<
Dominion should sue this guy too. Because again, one of the excuses he used had to do with his accusation that the dominion machines are somehow inaccurate.
sounds like the mee too moovement
100 %
Exactly the reason why the prosecution shouldn’t have been so lenient. If you were involved with the Jan 6 insurrection riot at any level you should be deemed ineligible to hold a position in the government at any level.
That’s what the constitution says anyone that assists or do an insurrection deems ineligible
Thank you! This is what I have been saying to anyone who will listen. I’m amazed at how many people overlook this issue. If you were there on January 6, you have committed a crime, and you are not eligible.

This is why it’s so important to make an example of Donald Trump and any other GOP individuals that knowingly broke elections law!!
@Josie M another Soviet style lover who deleted his comment 😂
@Upper 90 what are you talking about?
Refusing to do your legal duty because of ideology should be grounds for dismissal and prosecution. How this is allowed is beyond me.
Edit: Ideology is not the correct word. Zealotry, Insanity, sycophantic behavior. Those fit better.
@ LOUISE JOHNSON SInce I was not addressing you … oh well.
@Ganieda Morgan , this is an open forum. If you want privacy, write a letter.
@ LOUISE JOHNSON yet, for two replies you asked who…
“who is this comment directed at? It doesn’t seem to fit the OC’s comment, but it’s not addressed to anybody else.”
“who are you asking this of?”
methinks you are just trolling for attention
@Nick Ames Ideology may not be a good word. Insanity. Zealotry. Sycophantic behavior.
How can it be legal for convicted criminals to hold any position of public trust?
Don’t drown in that red wave coming in November
@Upper 90 please stop adding such intelligent banter to conversations… 🙄😂 Few stones short, aren’t ya?
‘murca
@Joshua Bailey your denial is hilarious 😆😂
If this guy spends ten years in prison and is so heavily fined that upon release he remains indigent until his dying day, this s**t will stop immediately. If they are allowed to proceed without consequences it will grow and fester until it is too late to reverse it without massive bloodshed. Let’s hope that we’ve not already crossed that point.
These are THE WORST “people “ ever! The funny thing is that they think they are soooo righteous!
Alternately labeled as SELF-RIGHTEOUS.
Completely delusional !
who, CNN viewers? or corn pop? I heard he was a bad dude
What’s with the quotation marks? Are you trying to dehumanize people who disagree with you? Well, aren’t you a gem.
Anyone else on probation would have already been violated for the refusal to follow the law. Buy because this guy is a politician he gets away with it. I’m so sick of 2 sets of standards in this country.
Judges should be held accountable for letting them out of jail and not enforcing terms of release instantly.
This is why letting them plead lesser charges and not pushing the felonies they committed lead to future problems.
