So Bolton knew what Guiliani was up to was wrong and what Trump did was illegal, but he failed to alert the proper authorities. Bolton is part of the cover up, same as every other person who knew what happened.
@Dr. TJ Bolton would be part of the cover up if he was involved in moving the phone call to the other server. Knowing of the incident and being a part of the cover up are entirely two different things. As of right now unless he had some sort of legal obligation to have reported the incident Bolton is a witness.

I believe every person in government has a duty to report wrong doing, especially illegal wrong doing. They work for and are paid by the American people and the American people have a right to know what they are getting for their money. It would be easy to dismiss the way I think as “idealism”, but it’s only way to begin to end corruption.
@Dr. TJ What you believe and what is an actual crime may be two entirely different things. Would you also like to live in a country where you can be prosecuted purely based on what another believes instead of what the law is because if so I am sure there are plenty of countries out there that have that standard of law.
