Kids surf on the back of the R train from I assume Prospect Avenue until they reach fourth Avenue and ninth Street. I usually take the last car so I see them. I always Tell them that if I was a conductor I would’ve let them on the train and they just look at me. One day someone’s gonna fall and get hurt and what are they gonna do? Sue the city.
