Personally I am not an infectious disease expert, but with the knowledge accumulated in the last months, I think that going outside in a sensible way is probably low risk as long as you do keep your distance from each other. No handshaking no kissing of hugging every friend you meet.
Besides that: for control of an infectious disease, the situation during a Trump rally is high risk for virus infection. This risk is not higher or lower due to the protests. Not smart to hold a rally for some cheering and buying/selling merchandise.
