  1. Shame on your Parish Counsel, Water Commission and the Government, this is Christmas, shame on Jamaica the people pay there taxes and even when they have no water they are still sending them a bill.

  2. Going into the new year it should be a new set of staff taking over from the pigs at JPS and the water commission

  3. Is not everyone in Brown’s Town is with out water, when you buidling a house build a tank cut bills by for ..

  4. One Jamaica Politician wants to return Jamaican land back to Jamaicans from the foreigners who own land and homes in Jamaica. Who will pay the money for this to happen and were will it come from, unless the Jamaican Government ceases foreigners land, this will spell disaster for Jamaica its economy and foreign investments. Growing your own organic food from ceased land for Jamaicans does not add up to me.

  5. What you.put into your community is what you get out of it. Come together in Unity and brainstorm to solve our problems. We can do it!!

  6. This Richard Williams of NWC he need to be dismissed from his post, just listen to this man making up all sort of excuses for a Manager he totally incompetent in carrying out duties. I feel is for the residents and business owners. The land of wood and water, water every where we go in Jamaica and these incompetent individuals sitting in a job talking garbage. How did these incompetent individuals manage to be in such important positions.

  7. 1:06 Schools don’t need water during Christmas holidays, unless the principals are keeping lessons class.

  8. The system in JA is just lack. No water, no light, cable etc. The system still needs to consumers to pay the bills as schedule. The systems don’t even adjust the consumers bills.
How does he or anyone know how people feel. Her had all the necessity to live. These slackness only happens in the poor community.
The consumers need to start complaining and stop paying their bills.

  9. Why is Jamaican people putting up with that kind of nonsense, Boxing Day to have water from three months ago
That is unacceptable, and you are still paying the water bill? That is ridiculous.

  10. Jamaica land of wood and water, “yet there is no water”. There are about 106, maybe 108 rivers in Jamaica. There is surface water, plus underground water resources for replenishing the surface water. So, why the water shortage? Jamaica has colleges and universities, some with engineering programs, some of which includes engineering, and specifically civil engineering. I am quite certain that those civil curriculums include water resources, and more than likely environmental engineering are being thought also. So, you have the water resources/surface and underground, educated civil, water resources, and environmental engineering professionals, so what is preventing the sourcing of potable water, treating it, pumping it, storing it, and distributing it to the public where it is needed? It is 2022=>23, time to start building sustainable infrastructures, be it water, sewages, water management and solid waste treatment facilities, engineered landfills, renewable energy, transportation systems, etc. Time’s a wasting. Get to work, and get it done!
